Guarantee of tranquility
All Interbox Marinas floating modules are made according to the AIPCN regulation for the pleasure harbours.
Interbox Marinas jetties are designed with provision for the installation of HDPE or stainless steel pedestals (water/light).
The steel frame consists of IPE 240 beams, UNP 240 heads, transversal profiles and diagonal stiffening crossbeams.
Each frame is equipped with eyebolts, consisting of Ø 35 mm dia. solid steel rod, all properly protected from the marine corrosion by hot dip zinc-plated process in compliance with EN ISO 1461 standard.
Floating elements made of polyolefin resin ensure flotation and the floating modules are equipped with double rows of fenders on the long sides made of shockproof polyolefin resin in black so as not to foul the sides of the boats.
Joint steel knees with 790 kN (80 tons) failure strength act as a joining element between the floating modules.
Every module is equipped with mooring rings in moulded steel machined in one piece without joint welding to provide maximum guarantee and uniformity of production, hot dip zinc-plated and assembled to the frame by means of 2 M10 bolts.
The deck is made of resin slats supported by aluminum alloy beams.
It is very easy to disassemble and reassemble the slats to access and inspect the underlying plumbing for proper operation.
